So many things to talk about....

Proud dad and his sweet girl. Jason has been gone to TDY to Texas, and just got back. He has been super busy at both jobs. He took his master Sargent test. He passed! It was a really hard test and we are very proud of him.
Avery is sitting up completely by herself now. It's so nice that she can sit and play with toys now. Except sometimes when I just want her to lay down, she has a bit of a fit because all she wants to do is sit up.
Oh look at how sweet she is as she sleeps.
My totally sweet little angle. Yah right! If only that was the case. We have hit the terrible two's. Anistions new favorite thing is to throw her self to the ground and start screaming as if it where the end of the world every time you tell her no. Oh wow, I hope it ends soon.
Annie strike a pose!
Annie touch your knees! We went to Lagoon this past Saturday. I had my last dance competition there. There was this dance to the Gummy Bear song and Annie loves it. The whole time she was watching it she was telling everyone she wants to dance up there. So when I got home I downloaded it. She dances to it now. She does this shake and march and touch her knees dance. It's so cute.
Flash back to the 70's. Least that's what I think these sunglasses look like. Gymboree had a fill the bag sale last week and everything was a extra 30% off. These sunglasses came from the clearance bin and where like forty cents. I thought they where funny. We got baby Bryten a pair too.
Avery is such a little piglet. She will just eat and eat and eat. If you don't stop her she'll eat tell she pukes. I guess I should say she is such a little gold fish. She eats tell she pops!
Oh what a mess Avery is in this picture. I've given up on putting bibs on her. She Gets everything all over her regardless. She thinks it's funny to do raspberry's while there is food in her mouth. It goes every where, all over her and me.

Three years and Counting....

For those of you that are unaware this week is Air Force week. What does this have to do with me and J? Well three years ago this week I met the man of my dreams. I was standing in the rain. Under a tree on the flight line. Watching the jets do practices runs for the air show. At the time I never thought that choosing to stand in the rain on my break would have ever effected my life so much. Maybe I thought I might catch a cold, but never did I think I would have caught a husband. The conversation was short. I wish I could remember what exactly was said. There was some talk of where I lived and if I liked four wheeling. Nothing to compelling, just normal small talk. I then decided my break was over and it was time to head back inside. Not much longer I ran into Jason in the mail room. He then and there decided to ask me out. He asked me to go fourwheeling that upcoming Sunday. It was Friday at this point. I agreed. Well long story short, Jason was impatient ( like always) and called me that night to come over. I did and the rest is history . One short fairy tale latter, we have two beautiful girls and a wonderful life. I love him so much. Sometimes more than I will ever have words for. I love you Jason. Happy unofficial anniversary!

Aniston is using the Potty

Anistion has started the big transition to the big girl potty. So long diapers! At least we hope. Anistion has been consistently asking to and using the potty. She is doing really well. She still haves a accident or two. We aren't to the point of no diapers just yet. But a light is at the end of the tunnel. We went to Target and picked out "big girl panties". Annie chose the ones with Minnie Mouse. We have a jar of M&M's in the bathroom for when she go's in the potty. She gets 1 for going number two, and two for going number 1.

Annie has grown up allot since we moved into our new house. She is completely off the bottle, and we recently said odious to the Binky. She still ask for the Binky here and there, but we aren't giving in. It's almost bitter sweet that she is starting to potty train. Once she is out of diapers she will officially no longer be my first baby. Key is "almost". Aniston is also talking in complete sentences, even though sometimes she doesn't make much sense. But it still is sentences none the less.

Wahoo!!! Your a big girl now!!!!

Six months old

Avery celebrated her six month birthday today. I can't believe how fast it is going by. I wish I could just freeze time and keep her just as she is now. She is so sweet and smiley. I really can't get enough of her cheeks and how big her dimples are when she smiles. She always has this look of pure contentment on her face. She truly is everything I could have ever wanted or asked for in a baby.

Then and now, I can't believe it's been six months, seems like yesterday!

Best friends in the making!!!!

Things going on with Avery at six months:

Well she loves to eat her baby food. Her favorite flavors seem to be pears and sweet potatoes. She doesn't like beans. She can sit up by herself for a few seconds at a time. I think her record time is like forty five seconds. She also loves to watch her sister play and be crazy. She will just smile and giggle at her. You can see in her eyes she wants to be Annies best friend. Avery also loves toys. She will lay and go back and forth between different toys just playing and entertaining herself. She is just so content and happy to be alive, you seldom here a cry out of her. Happy six month mark Avery. I love you!
